The swim start is located directly at the beach of the Louisenbad. In the rolling start procedure, the swimmers start the 1.9 km long swim course. After one kilometer, you pass the turning buoy and then swim along the promenade into the harbor, where you leave the water via a slipway.
Time limit: 1:10:00 hours
The cyclists leave the transition area and turn left towards Gottorf Castle. At this narrow point there will be a neutralized area. After passing through this area, the cyclists will enter the federal road B76. From the exit to the freeway A7 the actual bike loop begins on the fully closed country road L317 to Stenderupau, where the course will be turned around. The bike loop has to be completed three times before the course returns to Schleswig via the feeder road towards the transition area.
Time limit: (incl. swim): 5:30:00 hours
It is forbidden to ride the bike course on the federal road B76 and the country road L317 during the training. There is a DANGER OF LIFE! If it is obvious that a participant is guilty of an offense, he/she will be excluded from the upcoming event.
After leaving the transition area, the course continues along the promenade in the direction of Gottorf Castle, past the Higher Regional Court and then under the B76. Arriving back in Schleswig, you will run through the grounds of Gottorf Castle, as well as those of the Baroque Garden. On the first lap you can expect an ascent, which is also marked as a segment. On the second and third lap you take a shortcut to get directly to the Louisen gang. Before going back to the Königswiesen, you will run around the cathedral, so that all landmarks of Schleswig are integrated.
Time limit: (incl. swim and bike): 8:00:00 hours
Mistakes excepted.
